This holiday it should be around 75 degrees here with rain. Ugh gross. I've pulled a dress (short sleeves, at the top of the knee, black with white stitching) to wear with my leopard flats. It won't feel like Christmas with spring temperatures but this is North Carolina and the weather is very manic. Five years ago we had half a foot of snow on Christmas Day this year we're ready to hang out by the water...geez!
I pulled together some favorite looks for the holiday. C'mon most of us are experiencing milder temps for dinners, parties, and Christmas shindigs so why not give some ideas for cute ways to adorn ourselves?
1 A little sparkle
Is this not sweet? I like the dressed up yet dressed down (jeans) feeling. What makes this outfit so much better is that the pieces can be used over and over for different events and days of the week. #inlove

This pulled together little number is festive with those holly jolly pants. Of course I go for the leopard print and the cardigan. I would like this for just about anything but sleeping in! #classy

This may be a bit more fitting for most of us?! A half sleeve and scarf in case the breeze is from the north. Jeans for comfort and tall boots for joy! Relaxed look and very girly. #everyday

This because it feels like pajamas...and you don't need leggings when it is warm. #pajamalove

This, I believe, is my pick. A cool summer sweater mixed with a nice vest and some jeans or leggings. Yes, that is Christmas. #relaxedandfresh
