Tasty Tuesday: Kabob Me Not
Last week I was fo'sho' gonna make some kabobs.
I had the meat and veggies all chopped and ready to go.
I pulled out the skewers and said....nope.
So I took all my chopped up goodies (onions, peppers, tomatoes, whole mushrooms, and steak) and put it in a gallon size Ziplock baggie with 3T of Ketchup and 3T of A-1, a dash of garlic salt, and some black pepper. I shook it up and let it sit for an hour.
I then took the wok insert for our Stok grill and lightly sprayed it with Pam. I got the heat going to 400 degrees and dumped the contents of the Ziplock in for 20 minutes; only taking the lid off three times to stir around.
I served this with roasted potatoes and it was pretty freakin' delicious.
